From rock to electro-acoustic experimentation, from avant-folk to radical improvisation.

Over the years, Andrea Belfi has built an extremely personal sound language, based on the combination of an essential drum beat and an equally minimal electronics set. The artist has established a reputation as a solo artist, not least through his numerous collaborations with the likes of Nils Frahm, Mike Watt and David Grubbs.
His latest solo album, entitled ‘Hours’, was released by the London-based label Float and caught the attention of influential personalities in international independent music such as Mary Anne Hobbs and Gilles Peterson.
