MAXXI Education

It aims at getting visitors of different ages closer to contemporary art and architecture. Active since 2004 at MAXXI in Rome, art historians and architects specialised in Museum and Territory Education, Museum Studies and History of architecture.

Together with the HARP Association, an education organisation that operates in the Abruzzo region, MAXXI Educazione carries out and plans activities to welcome all types of audiences at Palazzo Ardinghelli.

Workshops for schools of all levels conceived to actively explore the museum spaces and understanding the language of contemporary art.

Families

In family activities, adults and children work together and share a creative experience.

Adults

The adult audience is engaged in the workshops and guided tours to discover the museum architecture and works of arts, in collaboration with artists and artisans.
