international festivalPERFORMATIVE 03
The third edition of MAXXI L’Aquila’s performance art, dance, music and theatre international festival.
More than 20 unmissable events for three days full of creativity and experimentation.
PERFORMATIVE 03 – in the wake of a tradition of great artists who have worked in Abruzzo, in particular Joseph Beuys and Fabio Mauri – aims to create an urban laboratory and trigger new relationships, activate creative processes and experimentation in the social fabric of the city.
From MAXXI L’Aquila to the Academy of Fine Arts of L’Aquila, from the Palazzetto dei Nobili to different points in the historic center of the city, the festival comes alive throughout the city and beyond, involving artists, performers, and professionals of national and international importance. New productions will intersperse with performances that have already obtained important international recognition.
