A dreamlike and surreal noir: one of David Lynch’s masterpieces

Hollywood. The two drivers of a black Cadillac, travelling along Mulholland Drive, threaten with a gun the brunette woman who is in the car with them. Suddenly the car is run over by another car and the only survivor of the terrible accident is the woman who, however, loses her memory. Taking the name Rita, she is frightened and takes shelter in the flat of the blonde Betty, a young, naive-looking actress who has just arrived in Los Angeles. Betty begins to help Rita unravel the mystery of her identity.
