One of the most significant choreographers on the current Italian scene creates a project designed specifically for the museum. In a landscape is a starting point.
Alessandro Sciarroni, in partnership with Collettivo Cinetico, composes a choreographic piece the title of which is inspired by an excerpt of the same name composed by John Cage “to quiet the mind, thus rendering it susceptible to divine influences”.
As in other works, In a landscape aims to recreate an empathetic relationship with the viewer, almost a new form of tenderness, through something light and mysterious in the obstinacy of repetition, something that seems to have an opposite energy compared to the patience, fatigue and obstinacy of the action being carried out.
