The MAXXI know-how training program was created to grow with us those who, like us, believe in the transformative potential of culture and the social impact of cultural organizations.

We address cultural professionals and those who intend to become one, making available to them a “know-how” acquired over more than ten years of being open to the public.

MAXXI A[R]T WORK

MAXXI A[R]T WORK is a pathway that encourages cross-disciplinary knowledge and humanistic managerial skills, aimed at students’ study orientation and career start-up.

MAXXI A[R]T WORK – Experience and Share the Professions of Culture is the National Museum of XXI Century Arts’ school-to-work alternation program that aims to involve and guide students in a project that is not only educational but above all experiential.

The program is spread over several days and includes meetings held by professionals in the field of Cultural Heritage with the aim of acquainting them with the “behind the scenes” of the professions of Culture, presenting the professional figures employed in a museum, their specific tasks and the training path that led them to work in the museum field.

Thanks to MAXXI A[R]T WORK, students become protagonists and confront themselves with Travel Design, learning to use the tools and techniques useful for designing cultural tourism routes.

The schools that have joined the 2023-2024 edition are: I.I.S. Amedeo D’Aosta of L’Aquila; Liceo Artistico Mazara (I.I.S. Ovidio) of Sulmona; and Liceo Statale Albert Einstein of Teramo.

The edition for schools in L’Aquila and Teramo has the patronage of the City of L’Aquila, is supported by the Gran Sasso Chamber of Commerce and is sponsored by Cassa Depositi e Prestiti.
