Tae-suk goes around the city living in empty apartments while the owners are away. He doesn’t steal anything in these apartments – rather he cleans them and mends broken objects. While he is searching for a new accommodation, he mets Sun-hwa, a girl who is abused and kept captive by her husband. The two of them fall in love and Sun-hwa decides to follow Tae-suk in his vagrant life until he is arrested and she is forced to return to her violent husband. But when Tae-suk comes out of prison…
Ferro 3 – La casa vuota (3-Iron) (South Korea 2004, 88’) tells a pure love story in a corrupt world –a song of two human beings that tend to abstract themselves from society, through an ethereal existence that works with non verbal communication and invisibility.
