What happens when the world of cosplay meets the performing arts?
At the end of the Embodied Phantasy workshop, led by artist Jacopo Belloni together with the city’s and region’s cosplay community, the Museum opens its doors to the public for a collective presentation in the exhibition spaces. This is an opportunity to discover the results of a journey that crosses the boundaries between performance, costume and identity, exploring the dynamics of identification, desire and transformation.
The presentation highlights the points of contact between the language of Cosplay and the performing arts, offering an original look at an increasingly widespread and significant cultural practice.
