It is a space where people can express their emotions, such as joy, anger, sensuality and social frustration. It also helps movement enthusiasts of all genders build their self-esteem and overcome shyness through a sense of unity and togetherness. Rhythm is very important in <em>Melting Pot<\/em>, as it acts as a \u2018communication bridge\u2019 and helps increase a sense of community.<\/p>\n<p><em>Melting Pot<\/em> mixes different approaches to performance.
